McKinley Creekside Cabins, located a mere 15 minutes south of the Denali National Park entrance, is a locally owned and operated seasonal small rustic boutique lodge. Situated along Carlo Creek, the lodge offers clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and affordable accommodations to independent travelers and small groups visiting the nation's last frontier. Of the 45 cabins and rooms, 32 have been recently remodeled while the 13 Homestead Lodge Rooms were newly constructed in 2018. All the units have desirable amenities such as a small refrigerator, microwave, and a private covered deck. The newer Homestead Lodge rooms even have air conditioning and a television in case guests would like to access their online streaming accounts. All cabins/rooms have complimentary wireless internet. In order to have an uninterrupted Denali experience, no rooms besides the Homestead Lodge Rooms have a television.

Among other things, one thing that sets the McKinley Creekside Cabins apart is the staff. All staff is carefully selected and trained. Their training and character overflow in the daily operations as they serve guests with thoughtfulness and appreciation. Guests seeking the best possible experience at Denali will greatly benefit from the staff of McKinley Creekside Cabins. Another distinctive feature is the on-site restaurant, the Creekside Cafe. The cafe is popular for its casual dining, quality service, and good home cooking. The cafe is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also a gourmet espresso and to-go counter. Please note that there is no shuttle service to or from the McKinley Creekside Cabins. Guests will have to rent a car from their original destination such as Anchorage or if they are taking a train or bus to Denali, they will have to rent a car from a local operator. Renting a car actually allows more freedom and flexibility to explore at a leisurely pace and to stay at a smaller, more appealing property such as McKinley Creekside Cabins.
