Important Details
- ATV tours are an off-road experience, plan to get a little dirty and maybe even a little muddy. It's all part of the fun!
- Wear Closed-toe shoes, long pants and layered clothing. Dress appropriately for the weather and conditions.
- Minimum age requirements to operate the ATVs: Single ATV - 18 (16 with parent approval); Side by Side ATV - 21 (18 with parent approval). All ATV drivers are required to be at least 16 years old and have a valid Driver's License. Any guest under 16 or without a valid Driver's License may ride as a passenger in our Side by Side ATVs. Upon request, we can provide car seats for young children.
- If a participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must be present to sign the Participant Agreement form or do so prior to the trip.
- We will provide a forward-facing car seat and/or booster seat for small children upon request.
- ATV tours are not recommended for anyone with neck or back issues or for women who are pregnant. Consult a doctor before booking a tour.
- To go ATVing, you must accept the risks of ATVing by signing Denali ATV Adventures Participant Agreement form, listening closely to the pre-trip safety lecture given by your guide, and following our guide and staff's instructions.
Late arrivals:
If you are late for your tour or do not show up, you will not be refunded. Denali ATV Adventures will have still incurred all the same expenses and will have sadly turned other guests away who wanted your spot. Be careful to plan well in advance for traffic and train/bus schedules.
Cancellation Policy:
A 48 hour cancel policy is required for all cancellations and tour rescheduling. Many times tours can be rescheduled for a future date and time that will work for you. Tour rescheduling requests made inside 48 hours will incur a fee of 25% of the total bill. Cancellations made inside 48 hours will lose their total tour fee. Cancellations outside of 48 hours will receive a full refund.
Weather Policy
ATV tours depart and continue in all conditions. There are multiple microclimates in the Denali region, making it difficult to predict the weather on any given day. Weather changes quickly so it's best to be prepared for everything!
