You will cruise the calm waters of Resurrection Bay while you look for whales, sea lions, sea otters, puffins and more!

This shorter half day cruise packs a lot into a limited time. You will cruise the calm waters of Resurrection Bay and catch glimpses of alpine glaciers (weather permitting) including Bear Glacier, the largest glacier in Kenai Fjords National Park. Your experienced captain and guide will provide fun and interesting narration during your tour as you explore the area hot spots for wildlife viewing!

This abridged journey through Resurrection Bay will still offer you some great opportunities to see whales, sea otters, Steller sea lions, Dall’s porpoises, harbor seals, bald eagles, puffins, and many other types of marine birds up close.

Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are provided. Snacks, beverages, beer, and wine are available for purchase during the cruise.
Wheelchair accessible on the first deck, inside the main cabin only. Outside decks are not wheelchair accessible. Please note if there are wheelchairs in your party when making your reservation.

Terms & Policies

Total cost due at time of booking. Cancellations may be made up to 72 hours prior to cruise departure. Reservation date may be changed once, free of charge, up to 24 hours prior to departure. Any subsequent change is subject to a $15 per person re-booking fee.

Please check in 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time.

Pay parking is available at the public parking lot across 4th Avenue from Harbor 360 Hotel and at another lot one block south of the South Harbor Offices on 4th Avenue. There is a $10 charge per vehicle per day.

Complimentary shuttle service is available to the check-in offices from popular destinations in Seward including the train depot and cruise ship terminal. Please call in advance to reserve shuttle pick-up.

Guests are urged to dress in layers, including a warm rain-proof coat, hat, gloves, and comfortable, rubber-soled shoes. Guests are welcome to stay in the heated cabins, but warm clothes are recommended for guests who would like to spend time outside on the viewing decks.
