Reservation Policy

A deposit of the first night's room and tax is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel 24 hours or more before 6:00 PM AKST on the day of check-in are charged 10% of the booking amount. Travelers who cancel less than 24 hours before 6:00 PM AKST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax. No Refunds after check-in.

Other Policies

Pets:

Pets are welcome at the Marina Motel in selected rooms only. An additional fee of $25 per stay is charged for pets with a maximum of two pets, and a Pet Policy Agreement Form must be completed and signed by the guest.

Rates Policy: Room rates and taxes are subject to change. There is a 2-night minimum on all stays. Rollaway beds are not available.

An early check-in fee can be applied in the amount of $50.00 if the room is available. If planning to arrive after 9:00 PM please make arrangements with the property one day prior to arrival.
