Reservation Policy

A deposit of the first night's room and tax is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel 24 hours or more prior to date of check-in are charged 10% of the booking amount. Travelers who cancel within 24 hours of date of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.

Other Policies

Pets:

Dogs are welcomed at the Marina Motel in selected rooms only. An additional fee of $25 per pet per day is charged for pets with a maximum of two pets, and a Pet Policy Agreement Form must be adhered to and signed by the guest. Please note aggressive dogs will be allowed on the property. However, cats are not allowed at the Marina Motel.

Rates Policy: Room rates and taxes are subject to change. Rollaway beds are not available.
