Surrounded by the singular beauty of the Olympic National Forest, Lake Quinault Lodge is a rustic, resort hotel built in 1926 in the grand tradition. You can rest easy in the lodge and enjoy nature at your leisure, or go hiking, biking, boating, fishing, whatever you desire. All the information you need to plan your trip is right here. Escape the everyday and commonplace. If only for a little while. After all, that's all most of us really need. We invite you to learn a little about Lake Quinault Lodge.
In a world that continues to accelerate toward total interconnections and hyperactivity, Lake Quinault Lodge is an increasingly rare retreat, a quintessential remote getaway that provides guests with a welcome respite. Period wicker and overstuffed furniture, a fabled, massive grand brick fireplace, and ceiling beams painted with Native American designs are part of the ambiance of the lodge's lobby. To help you unwind, the lodge offers an indoor heated pool, a sauna, a service bar, and a game room -- and purposely does away with intrusive in-room televisions, radios, and telephones. All 92 rooms are tastefully appointed with private baths and offer the same homey charm as the lodge itself. Couples may wish to choose a guest room with the glowing romance of a fireplace. Visitors accompanied by pets are welcomed, too, and can request accommodations in the Boat House (lodge annex).

Fireplace Rooms
Quinault Lodge's 'best of house", the fireplace rooms offer the same beautiful feel of the historic lodge, with the luxury of a gas lit fireplace and a private lake view. Lakeside Rooms
The lakeside unit, a large three-story building with approximately thirty-six rooms, offers three floors. Offering the most modern accommodations at the lodge, these spacious rooms have a more contemporary feel, and are most recommended for families! (They are also the only rooms that boast televisions) The "tree house room", so named by Quinault's younger guests, has a partial view of the lake due to the stand of trees between the building and the lake itself. Be sure to watch for the squirrels, chipmunks, and Stellers' Jays! Traveling with family? These rooms are available with adjoining doors! TV and VCR combos are available in each room.
