* Deposit Policy:
- Accommodations: Advanced deposit per room in the amount of first nights stay is required at time of booking.
- Tours/Activities: Advanced deposit in the amount of entire tour/activity is due at the time of booking.
* Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled after 5:00 pm MDT 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. No exceptions.
- Deposits are fully refundable for 30 days following the date that the reservation was made. Starting from 31 days after the reservation was made until three days prior to the scheduled arrival date the deposit will be refunded less the following administration fees:
- Canceling a room 30 days after reservation was made will incur a $15 fee/confirm #
- Canceling an activity or tour 30 days after the reservation was made will incur a $15 fee/confirm #
- Canceling a room with activities/tours included will incur a $20 fee/confirm #
- For reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival, the above policy applies without the 30-day grace period.
- Changes to your departure date made after you have stayed your first night will result in a $30 early departure fee
- No-show on your date of arrival is considered a cancellation of you entire stay at that property and there will be no refund.
- No-show for any tours/activities booked will not be refunded
- These policies apply even in cases of poor weather, illness, flight delays, road closures, etc. It is strongly recommended that you obtain travel insurance.

St. Mary Lodge and Resort is Glacier National Park's most complete and centrally located guest facility. Since opening in 1932 St. Mary Lodge & Resort is a great base camp for a spectacular vacation in the great Rocky Mountain backcountry. Wildlife viewing is only one of the many things there is to do at St. Mary’s. If you are seeking a simple, relaxing getaway, this area is for you.

Great Bear Lodge
The Great Bear Lodge opened in 2001. This lodge is the newest addition to the Resort. The Great Bear lodge offers luxury rooms that feature large bathroom with a shower/tub combo, wet bar area w/mini-fridge, hand sink and coffee maker. Standard rooms have two queen beds sleeping up to four adults, and each room comes with satellite TV and A/C. Rooms have great views.
This three-story building contains 36 guestrooms and 12 Suites, each with either one king bed or two queen beds, air conditioning, satellite TVs, granite counters, mini wet-bars and private decks with exceptional views of the park. One-room Suites at the Great Bear Lodge offer an expanded living area with leather sofa sleepers, gas fireplace, and Jacuzzi tubs in the bathroom.
West Motel
Like the East Motel the West Motel is a single story lodge with the look and feel of a 1950's motor lodge. The West Motel features 24 guestrooms with one or two queen beds, air conditioning, a desk and chair. With granite finished touches and lodge style furnishings this is a cozy, romantic getaway for couples, or friends, you’re sure to make memories here!
Glacier Cabin Rooms
The glacier cabins have been completely remodel. These cabins are located near Divide Creek and have one bedroom with a queen bed. The main room has a sofa bed and a full kitchenette. New additions to these cabins include a 32" flat screen TV, private deck, and new furniture, flooring and fixtures.
Sun Cabin Room
Everyone loves the recently remodeled Sun Cabin because it is secluded and offers amazing views and luxury appointments. It features a large deck, living room, with satellite TV, full kitchen and loft-style room with a queen bed.
Hiker Cabin Room
Located near the West Lodge, the Hiker Cabin accommodations include two bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the sedcond wittwo twin beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The Hiker Cabin also includes a kitchenette, satellite TV, and air-conditioning.
East Motel
The East Motel is only one floor fashioned like a 1950's motor lodge. 10 lodge-styled guestrooms give the East Motel a private feel. Each guestroom in this single story building features one or two queen beds, air conditioning, 32" flat screen tv and a desk and chair.
