121+ days prior to departure: $1,000 or 50% of the trip total, whichever is less. 120 to 61 days: 50% of the total. Within 60 days: 100% of the total. Reservations made within 60 days must be guaranteed with a credit card. Late payments may result in your reservation being released, and rebooking will be subject to availability. Cancellation Policy
121+ days prior to departure: the fee is $300 or 10% of the trip total, per person, whichever is less. 120 to 91 days prior to arrival: the fee is $600 or 20% of the trip total, per person, whichever is less. 90 to 46 days prior to arrival: 50% of total trip cost, per person. Rates Policy: All trip prices are based on double occupancy. Taxes and seasonal fuel surcharges, when applicable, are not included in trip price and are subject to change prior to trip departure. Trip prices are in U.S. dollars, excluding taxes and fuel surcharges, when applicable. Prices are per person, based on double occupancy; solo traveler rates apply. Youth rates apply to ages 7 to 18. The trip price includes all meals, accommodations, and activities as noted. Optional special interest activities may be offered at the lodge for an additional fee. Trip price does not include tax, applicable fuel surcharge(s), alcoholic beverages, gratuities to staff, or items of a personal nature. Credit cards may be accepted for beer, wine, and souvenirs but not for guide gratuities. There are no ATMs available at the lodge. The luggage limit is one 50lb piece of medium or large-sized luggage per person, plus a daypack and/or purse/camera bag per person. Hairdryers and other items requiring large draws of electricity are discouraged. Guests with dietary restrictions and food allergies must give advanced notice. There are designated smoking areas. Smoking is not allowed in buildings, tents, boats, or vehicles. Rollaway beds are not available. No children under the age of seven. There is a $14.00 Surcharge Per Person.

Check-In: The boat departs Seward at 10:00 a.m. (plan to check in at 9:15 a.m.). Check-Out: Arrive back at Seward between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. on the day of departure.
Please plan to check in at 9:15 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. departure at the boat office, 604 Port Avenue. On the day of return, expect to arrive at Seward Harbor between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m.
