Their fine dining restaurant is open 7 days a week, Mother's Day weekend through Halloween, and limited hours in the off-season. Keeping with their 20-year-old tradition, Steamboat Inn also hosts their guest chef series in the fall featuring the best chefs, winemakers, and breweries of the Northwest to create special nights of food and drink pairings.
