Stayed here for a couple nights expecting it to be a relaxing environment. We booked the suite (1bd with Kitchen) for a little more room. The room and furniture were dusty and there were spiderwebs and spiders throughout. We didn’t even feel comfortable walking around barefoot. The bathroom was surprisingly the cleanest place. Would not stay here again. We weren’t expecting 4-5 star resort but do expect a certain level of cleanliness. It was expensive and not worth it.

great resort & spa!!
This is a beautiful resort with an excellent spa! I got an hour massage, & it was heavenly! The rooms are great with great views of the golf course. The 2 restaurants on the property have great food as well!

This property is one of the better places to stay when visiting Crater Lake which is about 30 miles north. Though we had an unpleasant experience when checking in, we would not stay at this property again. The room we were given was noisy and next to the elevator and ice machine on the ground floor, near the restaurant. We went back to the front desk to request a different room. The young blond woman was surly, refused to let us speak to a manager (claiming one was not on site), and stated she could not do anything because we had booked the room through a third party. Had we booked directly through Running Y, "perhaps" she would give us a discount. We were seeking a quiet room, not a discount. Unfortunately, we were there for 2 days. We never "bothered" the front desk again with this matter. If ever in the area again, we would seek to stay in the park at one of the lodges, or in a different location. An employee like the one we encountered truly ruins a vacation. Several days after, we did reach out to Christy in management and told her of our experience. We did not want a refund or discount, just a good vacation. Choose "wisely" if staying in the area.

I started my day enjoying breakfast on the stone patio at the Ruddy Duck overlooking the golf course. Next, a massage at the newly remodeled Sand Hill spa. Vanessa, the massage therapist was wonderful, and the atmosphere with in the spa was peace.
I'll be back soon!

The hotel seems nice from the outside, but the room is very small, poorly planned, dated, and what’s the worst - very dirty.
The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable, towels and bedding looks old and unclean. Requested an additional blanket, it had holes in it.
Poor lighting in the rooms and outside, too. Need a flashlight in the evening to walk from the pool to hotel building, cannot see the pathway. In short, there’s a lot of things wrong with this place.
