A:Skyland Resort is one of three properties in the park that is right off of the popular skyline drive, it is located by mile marker 41. This is very convenient for visitors to Shenandoah National Park.
Q:Where is the nearest town from Skyland Resort with a gas station and grocery store?
A:The town of Luray is the closest area that offers gas station and grocery options. Just a short drive from the entrance of the park, Luray is within a short ten mile drive.
Q:Does Skyland Resort offer activities nearby?
A:There is a stable nearby that offers horseback riding tours for guests and visitors of the park. There are also several hiking opportunities nearby that will keep visitors to the park busy all day long.
