Reservation Policy

A deposit equal to the first night room rate, plus tax will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be changed or canceled at no charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival. 

Pets Policy

• $30 per pet, per night, the non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for pets in the room. All rooms are pet-friendly unless stated otherwise.
• Reservations for pets must be disclosed prior to arrival or at check-in.
• At this time, we only accept dogs or cats - no other animals.
• No more than two well-behaved pets per room are permitted. 
• Pet owners will be liable for any additional cleaning bills or repairs should they be required.
• Service animals accompanying people with disabilities are always welcome.  
• Pets must be declared at check-in. 
• A $250.00 fee will be charged for pets that are found to be in an allergen-free room. Allergen-free rooms are clearly marked just outside the door entrance.
• In consideration of all hotel guests, pets must be attended at all times in all common areas. They cannot be left unattended in your guestroom unless it is in a portable kennel. For the safety and comfort of your pet, housekeeping will NOT clean your room if your pet is left unattended.
• Pets cannot be tied or left unattended on hotel balconies.
• Pets are not permitted in any public building.  Service animals are always welcome.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times while in the Park.  Check the NPS Shenandoah National Park website for their current policy.
• When walking pets on the property, please be considerate of all hotel and Park guests.
• “Mutt Mitts” is located in your room for cleaning up after your pets.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each guest age 16 and over is an additional $11.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $1.00 per night Shenandoah National Park Trust fee and a $6.00 per night Utility Fee. Rollaway beds are available for $11.00 per night plus tax, room restrictions may apply. Pack and plays are also available at no additional charge. The property can not take requests for views, a room with a view is not guaranteed.
