A $25.00 non-refundable deposit/cancellation fee is required at the time of reservation and is charged to the credit card you provide. The remaining balance is due on the day of check-in and will be charged to the card on file.
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 14 days in advance of your arrival date. The $25 deposit/cancellation fee will not be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full unless the room(s) rebook. If rooms do rebook, you will be refunded the difference minus the $25 deposit/cancellation fee.
The deposit/cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which results in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
Pets Policy
Well behaved dogs are welcome with an additional one time fee of $30.00 for one pet or $50.00 for two pets per stay. Pets are not allowed on furniture and can only be in the Cabin if you are. It is highly recommended that you bring your pet's bed. Due to concerns about allergies, cats (or other pets) are not permitted at this property.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy (children ages four and under stay for free). An additional $10.00 fee will apply for the third guest. Your room charge includes a non-refundable $25.00 administrative processing fee. Rollaways are available in limited cabins. An additional $15.00 fee applies.
