Policies of Yosemite Westgate Lodge:

Reservation Policy

Credit cards are pre-authorized prior to arrival. The Hotel is not responsible for guaranteeing the reservation if an invalid or expired credit card is provided.  The name on the credit card used to check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required in order to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 4 PM 24 hours or 1 day prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus taxes and fees.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 12 or over is an additional $10.00 per night. Room rates and taxes are subject to change. Rollaway beds are available for $15.00 additional per night. Crib free of charge limited to availability. Special arrangements can be made at the time of check-in and are subject to availability. Please note there is an additional nightly Amenities Fee of $5.00 per night.

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Note: The office hours are from 8 AM - 10 PM.  If you are going to be checking in after hours you will need to make late check-in arrangements.  If you are going to be later than 10 PM, there will be a Late Check-in Fee of $25.00 added to your charge.
