Overview of Yosemite Westgate Lodge

Yosemite Westgate Lodge is a year-round hotel located a mere 12 miles from the Highway 120 entrance to Yosemite National Park (Big Oak Flat Entrance) and only 32 miles from Yosemite Valley itself. The Yosemite Westgate Lodge offers recently renovated rooms that are spacious and well-appointed. Most rooms are family-friendly and most come with two queen beds. Other rooms have a king bed with some even having a hot tub in the bathroom. All rooms feature televisions with DirectTV and HBO, wireless internet, mini-fridges, microwaves, coffee/tea maker, and bathrooms with a tub/shower combo. Some of the larger rooms also have a sofabed and dining table with chairs. And to give every room a unique Yosemite flavor, there is photography of the park from a professional photographer.

In addition to the guest rooms, The Yosemite Westgate Lodge features a seasonal outdoor heated pool and spa, playground for children, guest laundry facilities, and a business center. Even though breakfast is not served at the hotel, there is an adjacent seasonal restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant also offers beer and wine and hosts special live music concerts. Please note: Wifi performance may vary due to the remote location and wooded surroundings. Also, there is very limited cellular coverage in the area and long-distance calls require a calling card that can be purchased at the Front Desk.
