Q:Is cooking allowed at Curry Village?
A:Curry Village does not offer facilities for cooking food. The only area on the valley floor that allows guests to cook is Housekeeping Camp, just a short walk from the Curry Village area.
Q:Is there parking available at Curry Village?
A:Curry Village does offer plenty of parking for the large number of guests they accommodate. Parking can be found throughout the property for visitor convenience.
Q:What are the dining options at Curry Village?
A:Curry Village offers buffet-style dining on site. Curry Village has a pavilion where guests can help themselves to a meal. A coffee shop that offers food and beverages is also on the Curry Village property.
Q:What is a Bear Box?
A:
A Bear Box is a place to store all drinks, food, coolers, trash, and toiletries. Anything that may have a scent that may attract bears. The lockers measure: 35.5" W x 20.5" D x 23" H (Small Tent Cabins) and 47.5" W x 20.5" D x 23" H (Large Tent Cabins). During your stay, never leave the lockers open. Always make sure they are fully closed and latched. Make sure to empty your locker when you leave. You may receive a fine up to $5,000 if you do not comply with the food storage policies.

If you happen to need essential items or souvenirs, The Mountain Shop or Curry Village Gift & Grocery are near the Curry Village registration office and have a good stock of items on hand.

Q:When and what are quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. Out of respect for your neighbors please be mindful of your noise level. Guest that do not abide by these hours may be asked to leave.
