Reservation Policy

All reservations require payment of the first night's rate as a deposit. Some packages and special events require full payment at the time you make your reservations. Rates are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation of or change to your reservations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date by 4:00 PM (MST) for a refund of your deposit. If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be canceled and you will not receive any refund or credit. Cancellation/change policies are strictly enforced and exceptions are not allowed.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest will be charged the following rates, based on the accommodation type that is booked. Rollaway beds and Pack-N-Plays are available and are only allowed in Cabins with or without Bath (1 Double and 1 Single Bed or 2 Double Beds), they are not allowed in Canvas Tents or Stoneman Rooms or Cabins with 1 Double Bed.

- Tent Cabins: Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $17.50 per night + tax.
- Cabins: Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $14.00 per night + tax.
- Stoneman Motel Rooms: Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $9.75 per night + tax.
