Policies of Sawtelle Mountain Resort:

Reservation Policy

Your credit card will be charged 50% of the total stay as a deposit at the time the reservation is made. Cancel before 8 days prior to arrival for hotel and rv park or prior to 31 days to arrival for cabins to receive full refund of deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs 8 days prior to the arrival date for hotel rooms and RV park, or 31 days prior for Cabins, Conference Rooms, family reunion or other large groups, Sawtelle Mountain Resort will refund your deposit. If cancellation occurs 7 or fewer days prior to the arrival date for hotel rooms, and RV park or 30 days for Sawtelle Cabins, Conference Rooms, family reunion or other large groups, you will not receive a full refund of deposit, if cancellation is the same day as reservation or you are a no-show you will be responsible for the entire amount of your reservation. There are no refunds for early departures or other circumstances.

Pets Policy

No Pets Allowed. An additional $500 charge PER NIGHT will be added to your reservation if you choose to "sneak" in a pet.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: There is a two-night minimum for the cabins and bunkhouse. Please note there is an additional fee of $14.00 per person. Rollaway beds are not available.
