A deposit equal to the first night's room rate, plus tax will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations may be changed or canceled at no charge by 4:00 pm PDT 2 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
Pets Policy
Pet Charge:
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $25 per pet, per day. This fee is for the necessary deep cleaning of the room upon departure. Service animals registered at the front desk are not required to pay the pet fee.
Acceptable Pets:
Two well-mannered pets per room are permitted.
Dogs must weigh 30 pounds or less.
Pet noise must be kept to a minimum. Barking dogs can disturb other guests, and are not allowed by the hotel.
Cats are not allowed.
Pets Left in Rooms and/or Unattended:
Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms, crated or otherwise while you are visiting the park. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in vehicles.
Please Note: Pets are not permitted on any trails at Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Pets are allowed in picnic areas only they must be kept on a leash at all times. The leash must be less than 6 feet long. Do not leave your pets in hot cars. Pets cannot be left tied and unattended at any time.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change due to seasons. Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 18 or over is an additional $10.00 per night (not including package components). Please note there is an additional $2.00 Park Fund Fee and a $0.75 CA Tourism Fee per room per night. Rollaway beds are available for $10.00 per night, not allowed in Standard Rooms or ADA Deluxe King. Cribs are available based on availability. Luggage or coolers can not be held or stored before check-in or after check-out.

Please check in before unloading luggage - rooms are not located at the check-in area (front desk).
