Your credit card will be held at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. 100% of the balance is due upon check-in.
Cancellation policy requires 72-hour advance notice during non-peak season (November 1 through March 31) and 2 weeks' notice during peak season (April 1 through October 31) and special events.
Pets are allowed but require advance notification. There is $15.00 per night surcharge per pet. No more than 2 pets are allowed. Pets are not allowed to be left in the room unless in a portable kennel and only if the pet does not whine, howl, or make excessive noise. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside. Owners must clean up after their pets.
Please Note: Pets are not permitted on any trails at Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Pets are allowed in picnic areas only they must be kept on a leash at all times. Leash must be less than 6 feet long. Do not leave your pets in hot cars. Pets cannot be left tied and unattended at any time.
Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in a room will result in an additional $250.00 cleaning charge. Smoking is permitted in select outdoor areas only. Rollaway beds are not available.

The front desk is open from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
If you need to check in later please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements for your arrival. After hours, there are keys left in a key box outside of the lobby doors. A late check-out fee of one night's lodging will be charged unless a later check-out time is approved by the innkeeper. A valid driver's license and a credit card are required at check-in. Guests who do not show or cancel will be charged for the entirety of their stay.
