For the budget-minded guest, the Garden Room is a comfortable room with no river view. Just a short walk from the main property is the Birdwatch Cottage with two bedrooms, a sleeping loft, full kitchen, and a spacious yard. All rooms come with a private bathroom, television, and wireless internet.
The Panorama Room is a spacious loft unit with a great view of the river through the panoramic windows. The room comes with two side-by-side queen beds along with a single daybed. The room has a maximum occupancy of two adults and two children. Along with a private bathroom, the Panorama Room is equipped with a full kitchen for the cooking needs of guests. For a peaceful experience, the room boasts a large private deck outside with a perfect view overlooking the river. Note: a two-night minimum is required.
The Birdwatch Cottage is a renovated vintage cottage within a short walk from the Rio Sierra Riverhouse property. The cottage features two bedrooms and a sleeping loft. The cottage has a maximum occupancy of three adults and two children. Along with a spacious private bathroom, the cottage is equipped with an updated full kitchen, cozy dining/living room, laundry room with washer/dryer, television, and wireless internet. Outside the Birdwatch Cottage, guests can enjoy the sunny front porch and the spacious yard with a picnic table and barbecue. Binoculars are even provided to view the birds in the trees in the yard. While the cottage is not located directly on the river, guests have access to Rio's Sierra river beach just a short walk away. Moreover, cottage guests are surely welcome to order breakfast daily on Rio's River Terrace. Note: a two-night minimum is required.
