All three rooms have views of the river and decks to enjoy. The Master Suite features two sleeping areas, a living room, a separate kitchenette with a dining booth, and an entrance hall with a writing area. The Panorama Room has a full kitchen and a deck with a private stairway to the beach. The River Studio is a romantic favorite for couples. Just a short walk from the main property is the Birdwatch Cottage with two bedrooms, a bed nook, a full kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room, a dining area, laundry, wireless internet, and a spacious yard with two decks and a BBQ, and picnic table area. Birdwatch Cottage guests have beach privileges at the Riverhouse Hotel’s private beach and exclusive amenities, including a changing room/bathroom, towels, outdoor shower, and parking.
The Panorama Room is a spacious loft with a great river view through panoramic windows. It also has a river-view deck with tables and chairs and a private stairway to the river beach. The room comes with two side-by-side queen beds along with a single daybed. Along with a private bathroom, the Panorama Room is equipped with a full kitchen for guests' cooking needs. Dishes and cookware are provided. For seating during meals, there is a bar that seats up to five people. The room is also equipped with a television and wireless internet. Note: The room has a maximum occupancy of two adults and two children; a two-night minimum is required.
The Master Suite is the largest unit at the Rio’s Riverhouse Hotel. The apartment-sized suite comes with two separate sleeping areas. The master bedroom has one queen bed, and the split-level sleeping area has one queen bed and a single twin sofa bed. The living room includes a comfy couch, chairs, a small table, an electric fireplace, a television, and wireless internet. The Master Suite also includes a separate kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, sink, and dishwasher. The kitchenette also has dishes, cookware, and a dining booth for seating. The one bathroom is located inside the master bedroom. For a peaceful experience, the Master Suite boasts a large private deck outside with seating for a perfect view overlooking the river. The Birdwatch Cottage is a renovated vintage cottage within a short walk from the Rio Sierra Riverhouse hotel and beach. The cottage features two bedrooms with queen beds and a bonus single twin bed nook. Along with a spacious private bathroom, the cottage is equipped with an updated full kitchen, cozy dining/living room, sunroom/study, laundry room with washer/dryer, television, and wireless internet. Outside the Birdwatch Cottage, guests can enjoy the sunny porch, garden deck, and spacious yard with a picnic table, barbecue grill, and private parking for two vehicles. Binoculars are even provided to view the birds in the trees in the yard, as well as birdbaths and hummingbird feeders. While the cottage is not directly on the river, guests have access to the Rio Sierra Riverhouse's beach, just a short walk away. They can enjoy exclusive amenities such as a private changing room/bathroom, towels, an outdoor shower, and parking there.
