Policies of Rio Sierra River Resort:

Reservation Policy

50% nonrefundable deposit collected upon booking, remaining 50% collected as soon as 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to seven days to arrival, no refund of the 50% deposit; within seven days of arrival forfeit the full amount.

Pets Policy

No pets are allowed, except for service animals.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $50.00 per night. Room rates and taxes are subject to change. A two-night minimum is required. Please note there are additional cleaning fees for the rooms and cottage: River Studio, Master Suite, Panorama Room, and Birdwatch Cottage is $100.00 per stay plus tax.

Check-In: self-check-in at 4 pm or later
Check-Out: self-check-out at 11 am or earlier

The front desk is open 24 hours.

Self-check-in after 6 pm with instructions texted to guests on the day of arrival.
