50% nonrefundable deposit collected upon booking, remaining 50% collected as soon as 7 days prior to arrival.
Prior to seven days to arrival, no refund of the 50% deposit; within seven days of arrival forfeit the full amount.
No pets are allowed, except for service animals.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 12 or over is an additional $50.00 per night. Room rates and taxes are subject to change. A two-night minimum is required. Please note there are additional cleaning fee charges for the rooms and cottage: River Studio $50.00 per stay plus tax. Master Suite & Panorama Room $75.00 per stay plus tax. Birdwatch Cottage is $100.00 per stay plus tax. Breakfast on our River Terrace is available by order daily: $18.00 per adult and $12.00 per child. Cots are provided based on availability for extra guests. Play pad travel crib is available.
