A $25.00 non-refundable deposit/cancellation fee is required at the time of reservation and is charged to the credit card you provide. The remaining balance is due on the day of check-in and will be charged to the card on file.
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 14 days in advance of your arrival date. The $25 deposit/cancellation fee will not be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full unless the room(s) rebook. If rooms do rebook, you will be refunded the difference minus the $25 deposit/cancellation fee.
The deposit/cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which results in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
Pets Policy
Woodland Villa allows DOGS ONLY at our Cabins. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. A one-time pet fee of $30.00 will be charged for one dog, and a total of $50.00 will be charged for 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed in the Cabin when you are with them. They are not allowed to stay in the Cabin unattended. You are expected to clean up after your pet.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy (children ages 17 and under stay for free). An additional $10.00 fee will apply for the third guest 18 and over. Your room charge includes a non-refundable $25.00 administrative processing fee. Rollaways are available in limited cabins. An additional $15.00 fee applies. A 2-night minimum is required.
Check-in: between the hours of 3 pm and 11:30 pm., if after 11:30 pm your key will be under the mat of your cabin. Check-out: any time before 11 am.
The front desk is open Monday through Saturday, Winter Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Summer Hours: 8:30 am to 7:30 pm. Check-in at the Market/Restaurant.
