Reservation Policy

A deposit equal to the first night's lodging guarantees your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change, please cancel your reservation promptly. Room deposits, less a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded only if cancellation is received 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Failure to arrive on the scheduled date will automatically forfeit the deposit and cancel the confirmed reservation. Please remember it is your responsibility to reserve transportation to and from the island.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each guest aged 12 and over is an additional $23.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available for $60.00 per night, room restrictions may apply. There is an additional $55.00 per night in the cabins. Please remember it is your responsibility to reserve transportation to and from the island.
