Reservation Policy

A first & last night's deposit is required at the time of booking.

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking.
• A deposit is required at the time of booking equal to two nights' rate and taxes
• The final amount of the booking will be charged 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, stays January 2nd to April 30th
• The final amount of the booking will be charged 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, stays May 1st to November 30th
• The final amount of the booking will be charged 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, stays December 1st to January 1st

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made 3+ prior to arrival for stays from January 2nd to April 30th
• Cancellations must be made 7+ days prior to arrival for stays from May 1st to November 30th
• Cancellations must be made 14+ days prior to arrival for stays from December 1st to January 1st

Pets Policy

• Dogs Only.
• No Weight Limit or Breed Restrictions
• $25 Per Day For One Dog
• $35 Per Day For Two Dogs
• 2 Maximum Per Room
• Only Allowed in Hotel Guestrooms, No Condos
• Must Be On a Leash at All Times When On Property

Other Policy

Rates Policy: 

Rates are subject to change due to the season and are based on double occupancy. Each guest age 14 and over is an additional $11.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $41.00 Resort Fee and a $5.00 Development Tax per night. A one-time cleaning fee for condos will be applied: $150.00-Luxury Parlor Suite, $150.00-Luxury One Bedroom, and $300.00-Luxury Three Bedroom. Daily housekeeping is an additional fee. There is a two-night minimum for condo rentals. Rollaway beds are available for no additional charge, room restrictions may apply.

The resort fee covers amenities such as the on-site 24-hour fitness center, seasonal outdoor heated pool, year-round hot tub, 800 and local calls, wireless internet access in the guestrooms and public areas, daily local newspaper in the lobby, overnight parking, in-room coffee maker, and seasonal scheduled adventure center activities.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.
