This hotel was amazing! There is so much to do. Our toddler loved the alpine slides. The guys even let him get on the chair lift when they were closing, so nice of them! So clean. Great food. Great coffee. We will absolutely be back! We loved everything about our stay

Wow! Wonderful resort all around! Incredible location in Jackson Hole. Walkable to town and much to do onsite at the mountain. Wonderful new mtn. top observatory too! Stayed in a 3 bedroom condo with the most magnificent views on both sides. Clean and perfect for our family of 5. The staff was amazing, especially those in the Adventure center and our incredible tour guides on our 1/2 day Teton tour and Yellowstone full day (Alaina and Itai !!!)
Highly recommend utilizing the tours available to book there. Loved being able to be picked up from the resort. (Pls clean the van a little ;-) The onsite restaurant and staff was great as well.
Can't wait to go back!!!
Hotel has gone downhill

We came to Snow King two years ago and had a good experience. Since then the rooms have gone downhill and the staff is not professional. Our room had large dog pee stains on the carpet, we requested housekeeping they never came, the staff was rude during check in. Do yourself a favor and stay in another hotel in Jackson that values their guests.

Worst hotel experience

Short staffed, took asking 3 times & over 15 hours to get towels, we had to empty the one small trash can because housekeeping comes every 3 days, but the worst was being woke up because they tried to put someone else in our room! They gave us passes to their spa (we were there for Yellowstone & had our 15 year old son with us) so spa passes were useless, we expressed this at the time, gave drink cards for no drinks we wanted & free breakfast, which we could only use a couple of times.

The hotel was ok overall. They have a unique make shift ramp for getting your luggage up the stairs that didn’t work very well and was difficult to use. The toilet in my room was very loose and felt like it was going to fall over every time it was used. The restaurant was extremely overpriced and incorporated an automatic 20% tip even to just order food to take away. I can’t say anything positive about their concierge service. No on was actually ever present during my stay and they do not return contact requests despite leaving voice messages and emails.
