The Snow King Staff did a great job hosting our conference. The food was good, staff very friendly and accommodating, the AV worked well, and the rooms were clean. I greatly appreciated the shuttle to the airport as well. I enjoyed my experience.

We love going to the Snow King with our dog as it is a very pet friendly facility We chose an upper floor and it took several minutes for the hot water to get hot. The tub’s resurfacing was peeking off but the rooms were neat and clean and spacious enough to accommodate our 100# dog and 2 adults. As a risk manager at a hospital, I always look for potential hazards; the stairs in the lobby are narrow and catch your heel, the exit onto the balcony was quite a drop off. But , all in all, we’ll stay there again. And, it’s close to the downtown square

The hotel lobby was nice. The room was clean. However, the hot water took 7.5 minutes to heat. The cleaning staff took a the change we had been gathering, the restaurant pots 20% “service fee” on the bill meanwhile with 4 waiters and only a dozen people eating, no one came back to our table to ask if we needed drink refills. For the cost of staying there, I felt it had poor quality service.

The property is old & out dated! They stuck the thermostat to the wall with Velcro & it falls off every time u change temps. The mini fridge door falls off when u open it. No housekeeping unless u call. *They charge a $50 a Day fee per room resort fee with no amenities to support it. Too many other great hotels with more to offer, don’t waste ur money here!

This hotel was okay but just not worth the price in my opinion. You could tell that it used to be really nice but maybe hasn’t been kept up as well as it could be. The room was decent and clean but the bathroom had some flaws. The shower allowed quite a bit of water to leak out around the glass door and you could tell this has been happening for a long time and has taken a toll on the bathroom floor and baseboard. They also had no bathroom fan and some sort of something was starting to grow on the ceiling due to excess moisture. We also got locked out of our room every day. We would arrive to our room and the key wouldn’t let us in. We had to go back down to the front desk and they had to reactivate it every time. We were offered no explanation for this and no solution other than “come back down if it doesn’t work”. Some pros were the complimentary coffee station in the mornings and the complimentary airport shuttle service. You can also book the local shuttle to downtown for free with the app which is convenient. It’s a decent hotel but just not worth what they charge per night and I wouldn’t stay here again as there’s nicer hotels in the area at this price point.
