Overcharged and charged different rates for different days.
Would never stay at this resort again as they charged hidden resort fees as high as $300 for six days that were not part of the upfront rates. And they charged different rates for different days!!! Highly unprofessional.

Great family resort for national park vacation
We stayed at the Snow King while visiting Grand Teton and Yellowstone NP's. While Jackson is a little far from Yellowstone, I am really glad we stayed there. The resort was nice & clean and the restaurant/bar was excellent. The food comes in large portions, you definitely get your money's worth and it is delicious. Our room was comfortable and clean with a small balcony overlooking some green space. The pool and grounds are beautiful, we enjoyed a few hours by the pool as well. The biggest selling point for families is the mountain activities. Our son rode the Cowboy Coaster twice and said it was a thrill. There is also a luge ride, mini golf and some other fun things if you have time.
Jackson is a charming town with a wonderful square. Be sure and get your pic in front of one of the antler arches! Lots of shopping, restaurants and pubs. It is a great little town - easy to get around in also.

Lost our reservation
We used I don’t feel close America to book a reservation and prepay. We had a print out of her confirmation. I check in the car could not locate our reservation and after 20 minutes when ahead and put us in a room and told us they would take care of it. At check out the clerk tried to bill us first day because clearly it had not been taken care of.

A bit disappointing
My wife and I spent three nights in a Snow King condo. We came away thinking this place might be great for a family with kids, not so great for us - a couple looking for peace and quiet. Overall the condo was nice - a good kitchen, comfortable living room and spacious bedroom. Unfortunately, though, we weren't on the top floor so experienced a lot of noise coming down from the floor above (one night it sounded like our upstairs neighbors were using their floor as a drum). The resort itself seems designed for kids - there's miniature golf nearby and a roller-coaster type ride on the mountain. There's also a kid-friendly pool. Some of these things are probably included in the resort fee, though we're not sure. As for the room, our internet worked sporadically and, even when working, was slow and incapable of sending larger files (like pictures). It was more akin to dialup than modern broadband. And the TV didn't really work at all. It froze so often we gave up trying to watch a movie on our last night.
With kids, the Snow King might be a lot of fun. As a couple it was disappointing. Though we can only speak for our condo - not sure what its like to stay in the hotel itself.

Okay stay, but not great service for the price. They wouldn't allow us a cot or wifi in a double queen room. Wifi was only for the cabins and cots were only for King size rooms. Our bathtub was dirty the first day, but it was cleaned the second day.
