Excellent establishment. Spotless. Comfortable spacious room. Reasonable pricing. Friendly staff. Just wish dogs were allowed on exterior deck for dining. I even did the gondola ride with my golden! Good food. Allowed us late check out. Would stay again.

Very nice accommodations. Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast and dinner here. Access to Parking was good. Enjoyed our afternoon at the adjoining spa. We will likely return here again next year in the Springtime.

I've been staying at the Snow King for 25+ years and is the only place I'll stay when in Jackson. Great service, rooms, and location! My home away from home! Quiet, beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle, but only a couple minutes from Jackson town square. It doesn't get any better than that!

The Snow King Staff did a great job hosting our conference. The food was good, staff very friendly and accommodating, the AV worked well, and the rooms were clean. I greatly appreciated the shuttle to the airport as well. I enjoyed my experience.

A good place to stay if you have pets

We love going to the Snow King with our dog as it is a very pet friendly facility We chose an upper floor and it took several minutes for the hot water to get hot. The tub’s resurfacing was peeking off but the rooms were neat and clean and spacious enough to accommodate our 100# dog and 2 adults. As a risk manager at a hospital, I always look for potential hazards; the stairs in the lobby are narrow and catch your heel, the exit onto the balcony was quite a drop off. But , all in all, we’ll stay there again. And, it’s close to the downtown square
