Policies of 49er Inn:

Reservation Policy

Winter Bookings: will be charged a 1-night deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due at check-in. 

Summer Bookings: will be held with provided credit card until the day of arrival, all cards will be charged for the 1st night at 8 pm the day of arrival unless checked in. In the event that the provided card declines the day of arrival a front desk agent will try to make contact to confirm arrival. If confirmation cannot be obtained the reservation will be canceled. 

Cancellation Policy

Winter Bookings: Reservations canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled inside of the 7 days will forfeit deposits.

Summer Bookings: Free cancellation is available up to 2 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made outside of 2 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $25.00 processing fee.

Pets Policy

All of the rooms are pet-friendly. A pet fee of $25 per night applies. Please never leave your pet unattended in the room.

Other Policy

Policy Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 12 or over is an additional $10.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available for $10.00 per night available in any room type.
