Policies of Elk Refuge Inn:

Reservation Policy

DEPOSIT
A deposit of one night's stay will be taken at the time of booking your reservation for all refundable reservations.

FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment will be taken by 4 pm, 3 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least three days in advance of the day of your reservation check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than three days after your reservation check-in day will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations within three days before your check-in date will incur charges for the full reservation amount, with refunds not available for any unused portion of your stay. For a full refund of the whole reservation or a portion of your stay, cancellations must be made at least three days prior to your arrival. No-shows will be charged in full.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed. Evidence of having an animal in your room will incur a $500 deep-cleaning fine that will be charged to the credit card used for booking.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: An additional cost for Rollaways is $30.00 per night and cribs are $15.00 per night. No early departures will be accepted. Please note there is an additional $1.00 donation to The Riverwind Foundation.

Smoking Policy: The Elk Refuge Inn is a non-smoking facility and evidence of smoking in the rooms will incur a $500 deep-cleaning fine that will be charged to the credit card used for booking.
