Amazing views right outside your door, conveniently located between airport and downtown Jackson, large comfortable rooms. The welcome snack basket was such a nice touch. We experienced a medical issue during our stay. Brenda and management were so kind and accommodating. This was our first stop on our “out west” vacation and their handling of the situation left us with a warm Wyoming welcome.

We enjoyed our stay and only wish we had booked three nights instead of one. The staff we super nice and made excellent suggestions for the area. Best accommodations for Grand Teton National Park or if you are visiting Jackson.

We stayed at the inn and after we checked out we were told we violated their pet policy. They sent us a picture of feces on a bathroom floor and a screenshot of their maid’s text saying it was our room with the same picture. We never had an animal here nor do we own one. They never provided proof that it belonged to our room, just their maid stating it was our room. I do not appreciate being blamed for something we did not do and saying we violated a policy. We signed the policy because we did not have an animal with us so we had no problem signing the policy. We will not be staying here ever again, take your business elsewhere.

The ability to go to bed and wake up with elk across the street from your room is amazing! The bathroom was a bit of an odd set up, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The coffee was a great way to start our day.

The Elk Refuge was a breath of fresh air! It feels like customer service is on a decline in general, but we felt very well taken care of here. The rooms were clean and up to date. The views were phenomenal and I loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of town (but still a convenient distance to everything).
