Policies for Denali Backcountry Lodge:

Reservation Policy

30% Deposit at time of booking if reserved over the phone, reserving multiple Alaska Collection properties at once, and/or reservations with totals over $1,000. Final payment will be processed when the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Fully refundable 61+ days before travel. 70% refund of total reservation at 46-60 days with a 30% cancellation fee. Non-refundable at 45 days or less. A fee of $50 per change request is applied for changes made within the applicable cancellation policy.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Cabins support 1-4 guests. This is an all-inclusive property. Cost includes transportation to and from the lodge, park entrance fees, cabin with private bath, all meals and snacks, all guided activities (except flightseeing), and all naturalist programs. Not included in the rate: gratuity, alcohol, retail purchases, spa services, and flightseeing tours. Rollaway beds are not available.

The front desk is open from 5:00 am - 11:00 pm.
