Q:What type of food is served at the Backcountry Lodge?
A:The Lodge has meals available for guests, breakfast and lunch are served buffet style and Dinner includes appetizers and family-style dinners, dietary needs will be accommodated. All your meals are included in your stay!
Q:What is included in the "All Inclusive"?
A:At the Denali Backcountry Lodge, you will be treated to exceptional service and great adventures. Start your trip with a scenic helicopter ride from the Denali Park entrance to the lodge. On arriving at the Lodge and getting settled dinner is served family style with chances to mingle with other guests and the staff Naturalist Guides. Beer, wine, and cocktails are available for purchase to relax and enjoy the evening. During your stay you can participate in mountain biking, fishing, panning for gold, presentations by staff Naturalists, morning yoga and shuttles to Wonder Lake. All of your meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are included.
Q:How long is the train ride from Anchorage to Denali Park?
A:The train ride is around seven and a half hours from Anchorage to Denali Park. The Denali Star rail route goes through several towns and natural wonders including the Hurricane Gulch and Broad Pass.
