Policies of Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort:

Reservation Policy

A 50% deposit is due upon booking for all reservations. You will pay the balance upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival are fully refundable less a 10% administrative fee per reservation. Within 14 days of arrival, there is a 50% cancellation fee.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest is $12.00 per night. Vacation homes have a two-night minimum.
