Policies of Redwood Coast Vacation Rentals:

Reservation Policy

50% of the total will be held as a deposit + 12% booking fee + cleaning fee (varies per house) + limited damage waiver (varies per house).

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel after the initial 24-hour period, and 30 days or more before the first night of your reservation, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee.

Pets Policy

RCVR only allows pets at some locations and an additional pet deposit is required. Guests with pets must check out one hour earlier so the cleaning staff has ample time to sanitize the home. You must clean up after your pet, which includes properly disposing of all waste material. If any waste material is found on the property, a portion of your pet deposit will not be refunded. You must also maintain control of your pet at all times, and never leave a dog unattended. If you are leaving for the day and do not want to take the dog with you, you must put your dog in a local kennel or find alternative solutions rather than leaving the dog alone at the property. Any complaints from neighbors regarding excessive noise or other nuisances may be cause for immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of the tenant's entire damage waiver fee. If there is evidence of a pet being at the property, and you have not been given written permission by RCVR to have a pet, you will be charged up to $1,000 for violations of the pet policy, including for bringing more pets or different types of pets than specifically authorized; (3) an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 (or the actual cost of cleaning services, if greater) for violations of any of the guest policies above (other than the pet policy) or for excessive cleaning required by the acts or omissions of any Occupant during your stay. Shell Cottage $75/night max two dogs and Freshwater Lagoon Retreat $100/night max two dogs.

Other Policy

All vacation homes require a 2-night minimum stay. Must be over 25 to book. In addition, there is a 12% booking fee + cleaning fee (varies per house) + limited damage waiver (varies per house). Rollaway beds are not available.

DAMAGE WAIVER

The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD) with the following costs, plus tax if applicable:

• 0-1 bedroom: $5 per night
• 2 bedrooms: $7 per night
• 3 bedrooms: $10 per night
• 4 bedrooms: $13 per night
• 5 or more bedrooms: $16 per night

There is an extra charge for a late checkout and prior approval is needed.
