The first night room and tax charge are due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Guests must cancel 96 hours (4 days) prior to the 3 pm arrival date to receive a refund less the $30.00 cancellation fee. If canceled within 4 days of arrival date, there will be NO refund and the guest will be charged for the entire stay. No-Shows and same-day cancellations are charged the total amount of the reservation.
Pets Policy
Narrow Gauge Inn welcomes well-behaved pets in specific rooms for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 per pet per night. There is a maximum of 2 pets per room. Pets may not be left alone in your room unless you are elsewhere on the Inn property.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Rates increase in the summer months between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. Also, rates increase for weekends, holidays, and special event periods. Each additional guest age six or over is an additional $20.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available for $25.00 per night in Suites or in Rooms with One King or Queen. Pack and Plays are available for $20.00/night for children 2 and under. Please note there is an additional $5.00 Tourism Fee and $12.00 Energy Fee per night.

The front desk is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. from April to November and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. from November to April.
Guests can arrive two hours early or depart two hours late for $25.00.
