Policies of Hotel Charlotte:

Reservation Policy

An advance deposit equal to your first night stay with tax will be charged at the time of booking. Additional nights will be billed when you arrive. A security deposit of $200 will be held on your credit card until you have vacated the unit and it has been inspected by housekeeping. You will be charged if any items are found damaged and/or missing.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid additional charges, you must cancel 7 or more days before your arrival date if you need to make any changes to your reservation. If you do need to cancel or reschedule, there is a $30 processing fee per room. If you cancel less than 7 days of your stay date, you will forfeit your deposit. 

Pets Policy

Hotel Charlotte loves meeting your four-legged family members, but would appreciate you discussing this with Hotel Charlotte in advance as they only have a few pet-friendly rooms available (7, 8, 15) at $20 per pet, per night. Should you choose to stay in a non-pet room, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 per night.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 2 or over is an additional $20.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available for $20.00 per night, room restrictions may apply. Please note there is an additional $4.50 Energy Surcharge per night.

Smoking is not allowed at the Hotel Charlotte, in the restaurant, or in guest rooms. An additional cleaning fee of $250.00 will be incurred if this policy is not respected.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

LATE ARRIVAL: If you plan on arriving later than 8:30 p.m., you will need to make prior arrangements.
