The owner was amazing and the room was so perfect! We loved the bath tub and definitely made use of it. I will use this hotel every time I need to stay in Groveland. It’s so historic. So beautiful. So amazing. I have zero complaints about this place.

Won’t get this level of personable service anywhere else. Fin, the owner/manager, was very friendly and accommodating. Rates were very reasonable. Stay was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient and close to Yosemite. Multiple EV charging stations are within a short walk. Will stay again for our next Yosemite is it.

Hotel Charlotte was great from the moment we arrived until check out. We felt welcomed. Our rooms were charming and clean and just the write temperature. Finn was happy to share restaurant and activities recommendations. Would stay again.

Booked based on location as we were looking for something near Yosemite. It’s around 50-60 minutes away. Great location in a nice little town. The own is very small. A couple of places to eat, a few stores and a good sized supermarket. The hotel itself is one with character. Nice, good sized room. Not huge, so worked well for a couple of days. Ours had a jacuzzi bath and shower. Didn’t try the jacuzzi but the shower worked well. Our time was completely out (8 hours difference from UK) so it was nice to just go sit in the reception area and have a coffee at 4 in the morning. Very quiet! Finn was very welcoming and made some great suggestions of where to go given our short space of time there. Overall great location, great hotel

Amazing boutique hotel, provided you like old and quirky! Exactly as shown on the website. Apples, tea and coffee available in the lobby. Host Finn was fab, helped us with Yosemite plans. Great Mexican next door. Great coffee shop (4 shot large coffee 😳) across the road
