Policies of Evergreen Lodge:

Reservation Policy

 A one-night Deposit (including tax) for each room, is required to guarantee the room.

Cancellation Policy

If canceled outside of 7 days before the check-in date, Deposit will be refunded less a $25 fee. If canceled less than 7 days before the check-in date, Deposit will be forfeited. Any modifications to an existing reservation are subject to a $25 Change Fee. A one-night Early Departure Fee will be charged for early check-outs.

Pets Policy

While we are all pet lovers at the Evergreen, we cannot allow them at the lodge. A $250 fee will be charged for violations. Please help us to enforce this policy by not bringing your pets with you on your visit. We appreciate your understanding.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change due to seasons. Each guest 13 years or older is an additional $10.00 per night. Please note that a two-night minimum stay is required during peak season (May-Sep). A two-night minimum stay is also required on most weekends in Sept thru May. A two to three-night minimum stay is required during holiday periods. Please note there is an additional $1.00 Yosemite Conservancy Fee.

• All cabins are non-smoking. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in cabins.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining their cabin in good order and will be charged for damages to furnishings, fixtures, and supplies.
• Cooking is not permitted in or around cabins or campsites.
• Cribs are available for $10.00 per night upon request.
• A $10.00 per night sofa bed usage fee will be charged if applicable.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining their cabin in good order and will be charged for damages to furnishings, fixtures, and supplies.
• Indoor furniture must remain inside the cabin and not be brought onto the deck or other outdoor areas.
• Cooking is not permitted in or around cabins or campsites.
• John Muir Houseguests will be charged a cleaning fee of $150.00 if the house is left excessively dirty.
• John Muir House guests are also responsible for loading and running the dishwasher before departure. A $30.00 fee will be charged for failure to do so.
