We stayed 3 nights in a two bedroom cabin and could have stayed a week. The cabins are clean, decorated perfectly, the beds are comfy. The location is perfect for accessing the best of the Yosemite. Back on property there is so much to do, heated pool and spa, an amazing amazing game room, beautiful rec center, complimentary s’mores every night (they lost $ on our family on that one! :). Multiple outdoor play areas for kids and kids at heart. The food was fantastic, every meal every time. And not simple “camp” food, absolutely gourmet meals prepared to perfection. If you stay anywhere else in Yosemite you have missed out on a fantastic experience.

Tom at the front desk was so helpful!

I had trouble with my reservation going through an on-line company. We called the hotel direct and spoke with Tom. He was wonderful to help us and provide with exactly what we had hoped for. We can't wait for our next visit!

Staying here is like going to a really nice summer camp. What makes this place special is that they built the cabins amidst towering pine trees, preserving very much the feeling of being in nature yet having very nice accommodations, varied services, and quality comfort food. This is our go to lodging place for any visits to the northern part of Yosemite, Hetch Hetchy (which in the spring is FANTASTIC with easily accessible hikes through major waterfalls and jaw dropping mountain vistas over the lake, with a thundering waterfall from the dam of the Tuolumne River), and launching point for Tioga Road eastbound. The front desk and reservations staff (e.g. Tom) are incredibly nice and welcoming. Would love to return this summer!

My wife and I took a mid-week trip to the Evergreen lodge. It had been almost 10 years since our last visit and we were both blown away by how much we missed coming here. The place is wonderful and just what we needed to relax and enjoy some time together. While it was a bit of an off-season for the lodge, we still got way more than we expected. The cabin we stayed in was freshly renovated with a really comfortable bed. There was a year round hot tub that felt great after spending time hiking around and getting massages. The food was absolutely amazing with nightly chef's specials and delicious every day menu. You have got to try the bison burger! By far our favorite part was how friendly the staff was. From the moment we checked in they made sure we were taken care of. The staff in the restaurant/bar was top notch. They were so much fun to be around and made us feel so welcome. Top notch drinks and a great selection of beer on tap. We'll definitely be coming back again soon.

Two nights were not enough. We were fortunate to be given a free upgrade to a larger cabin than we had booked. This had a balcony facing the sunset. It was warm and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. No TV - fantastic. The location is idyllic and so quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good. We had a “Wonders if Yosemite” tour with our guide Maggie (I think) which was excellent. We got to all the highlights and enjoyed our hike to see the Sequoia. The visit was far too short. We can highly recommend Evergreen Lodge.
