All reservations require payment of the first night rate as a deposit. Some packages and special events require full payment at the time you make your reservation. Rates are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Requests for cancellation of or change to your reservations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date by 4:00 PM (MST) for a refund of your deposit. If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be canceled and you will not receive any refund or credit. Cancellation/change policies are strictly enforced and exceptions are not allowed.

Rates Policy:
Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $20.50 per night. Rollaway beds are available for no additional charge, not allowed in El Dorado Jr Suite or certain ADA Junior Suites. Please note there is an additional $30.00 overnight parking fee per night.
Dining Room: The main dining room is inaccessible due to the construction. The Ahwahnee Hotel has organized a temporary dining room out of the Solarium and Winter Club area of the Great Lounge. The Ahwahnee Hotel is serving breakfast and dinner only, buffet style. The buffet is $32.00 for adults and $28.00 for children for breakfast and $59.00 for adults and $55.00 for children for dinner. The Ahwahnee Hotel allows reservations for house guests only. Breakfast (7:00 AM-10:00 AM) and dinner (5:30 PM-9:00 PM) Lunch will not be accessible in the dining room but rather in the Ahwahnee Bar which is open from 11:00 AM-9:00 PM. Light pastries, oatmeal, and parfaits are available in the Coffee Bar from 7:00 AM-10:00 AM as an alternative option.
Bar: Open from 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM and for everyone.
Room Service: This still has not been returned.
Valet: Has returned! The entire paved lot is now valet. The Ahwahnee Hotel does not have self-parking available. The valet is a $30.00 overnight fee for house guests. The valet lot also includes EV charging spaces.
Swimming Pool: Is still closed.
