All reservations require payment of the first night rate as a deposit. Some packages and special events require full payment at the time you make your reservation. Rates are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Requests for cancellation of or change to your reservations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date by 4:00 PM (MST) for a refund of your deposit. If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be canceled and you will not receive any refund or credit. Cancellation/change policies are strictly enforced and exceptions are not allowed.
No pets allowed.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $20.50 per night. Rollaway beds are available for no additional charge, not allowed in El Dorado Jr Suite or certain ADA Junior Suites. Please note there is an additional $30.00 overnight parking fee per night.
The Dining room is open for breakfast from 7:00 am - 10:00 am and for dinner 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm. The bar is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 am for a coffee bar and grab-and-go breakfast. 11:30 am - 9:00 pm for lunch/dinner and drinks. Ahwahnee dining will remain buffet style for 2024. The buffet is $32A/$28K for breakfast and $59A/$55C for dinner. People can make reservations on Open Table. No Room Service.
Attire:
Proper attire is kindly requested for dinner. For dinner, we require gentlemen to wear long pants and a shirt with a collar and ask women to wear a dress, skirt, or long pants with a blouse. Please refrain from wearing shorts, T-shirts, tank tops, flip-flops, and baseball caps. Children over the age of four are asked to dress for the occasion as well. Breakfast and brunch are always casual.
