Policies of Three Bear Lodge:

Reservation Policy

At the time of booking, the amount of the first night for each room reserved will be charged as a deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel you must do so at least 48 Hours in advance of your scheduled check-in time or you will forfeit the deposit amount.

Pets Policy

Pets are allowed in the Motel section but not in the lodge. There is a $25 fee per pet per night. Any undeclared pets will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Please note there is an additional $1.00 flat tax per room per night. Rollaway beds are not available.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

The front desk is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. during peak season and from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. during off-season.
