An amount equal to one night per room reserved will be charged to your credit card as a deposit at the time of booking.
For reservation of 1 - 4 rooms, cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the arrival date. For reservations of 5 or more rooms, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. The Reunion Lodge and Deluxe Condo require cancellation notice at least 6 months in advance. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations occurring prior to these times will receive a partial refund less 10% of the deposit. The Reunion Lodge and Deluxe Condo have a minimum cancellation fee of $100.00 if cancelled within the 6 months notice.
Rooms will be held until 7:00 p.m. on the date of arrival. No charges apply for rescheduled reservations if changed at least 24 hours prior to arrival date with the exception of the Reunion Lodge and Deluxe Condo.
$10.00 per pet per night; Only dogs allowed; Only 1 dog per room; Pets allowed in designated rooms only (1 Queen Standard, 1 Queen/1 Twin Hill, or 2 Queen Hill)
Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. Rates are based on double occupancy. If you are renting the Reunion Lodge or Deluxe Condo, we require a $500 damage deposit at check-in time. This is payable by check or credit card and as long as there are no damages or items missing, this money will be returned to you within 7 days of your check-out.
