1, 2, and 3 Bedroom Units: Payment for the first night of lodging, plus all applicable taxes and fees, is required at the time of reservation. Taxes and Fees: Sales tax is 4%, Lodging Tax is 7%, and a Forest Fee is 2%. Reunion Lodge and Deluxe Condo: A 50% deposit is required for these accommodations.
For reservations of 1 - 4 rooms, cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the arrival date. For reservations of 5 or more rooms, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. The Reunion Lodge and Deluxe Condo must be canceled 60 days prior to your arrival date. You will receive a full refund of less than 10% of the deposit. The Reunion Lodge and Deluxe Condo have a minimum cancellation fee of $100.00 if canceled with 60 days' notice. If you do not cancel in the allotted time you will forfeit the entire deposit. Rooms will be held until 7 p.m. on the date of arrival. Late arrivals must call on the day of arrival to hold rooms after 7 p.m. No charges apply for rescheduled reservations if changed at least 24 hours prior to arrival date with the exception of the Reunion Lodge and Deluxe condo.
$10.00 per pet per night; Only dogs allowed; Up to only two dogs per room; Pets allowed in designated rooms only (1 Queen Standard, 1 Queen/1 Twin Hill, or 2 Queen Hill).
Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. Rates are based on double occupancy. If you are renting the Reunion Lodge or Deluxe Condo, we require a $500 damage deposit at check-in time. This is payable by check or credit card and as long as there are no damages or items missing, this money will be returned to you within 7 days of your check-out. Rollaway beds are available for $15.00 per night, only allowed in the 2 Queens and 1 Queen & 1 Twin Hill. Pack-n-Plays are available at no additional charge.

Check-in Instructions
Pahaska Tepee Resort's front desk is located in the main lodge. Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 p.m. Pahaska Tepee Resort does not have a 24-hour desk, so late arrivals should call before 7:00 p.m. to make after-hour arrangements.
