An amount equal to one night (including tax) will be charged to your card at the time of booking.
Cancelling your reservation by 6:00 PM, at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in no cancellation fee. Cancelling your reservation less than 5 days before your scheduled arrival date, or failing to show, will result in a charge of one night per room to your credit card. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
Limited pet-friendly rooms are available on the first floor only. Reservations are accepted first come first serve. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee.
Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change depending on availability or local competition and are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 18 or over is $10 per night. Please note there is an additional $1.00 per day fee for Tourism Business Improvement District and a daily Amenity Fee of $15.00 per night will be added to all reservations from May 15 to October 15*.
