Reservation Policy

A deposit of the first night's room and tax is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

November 1 - May 22
If the booking is canceled before 11:59 pm, 3 days before check-in it is free of charge, less than 3 days before check-in the charge is the first night stay.

May 23 - October 31
If the booking is canceled before 11:59 pm, 14 days before check-in it is free of charge, less than 14 days before check-in the charge is the first night stay.

Pets Policy

$15 per pet per night. Pets allowed in select cabins only (Beaver Creek-1Q and Grayling Creek-2Dbls).

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. Please note there is an additional $1.00 conservancy fee per room per night. Rollaway beds are available for $10.00 per night, not allowed in Family Cabins, Grayling Creek, or Duck Creek.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
