Reservation Policy

At the time of booking, a 1-night deposit is required per room plus tax. The balance of your stay is due upon arrival. 

Cancellation Policy

From the booking date until 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations or reduction in length of stay received within 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit. All changes or cancellations due to inclement weather or changes in flight schedules are subject to the penalties stated above. A no-show on the confirmed date of arrival will be considered a cancellation of the entire stay and forfeiture of the deposit.

Pets Policy

The Standard Cabins at Headwaters Lodge have two queen beds and exterior entrances, which also make these rooms convenient when traveling with a pet. Pets may be left in your room, provided they don't disturb neighboring guests. Pets must be kenneled to receive housekeeping services. Otherwise, please leave the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door. A $20.00 per night pet fee applies.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 12 or over is an additional $11.50 per night. Rollaway beds are available for $11.50 per night, available in any room type. Pack N Plays are available at no additional charge.
