A deposit equal to the first night room rate, plus tax will be charged at the time of booking. The balance for additional nights will be due upon check-in. Unapproved credit card charges will result in reservation cancellation.
All reservations may be changed or canceled at no charge by 4:00 pm MST 2 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
For your convenience, we now allow up to two pets. No pet fee.
However, in an effort to maintain the high quality you have come to expect from Yellowstone Vacations, we ask that you follow these policies:
You must accompany your pet(s) at all times. Pets are not allowed alone in the guestroom.
Pets are not allowed in any of the indoor public areas throughout the property except your guestroom and corridor.
You are responsible for any damage or inconvenience that may be caused by your pet(s) to your assigned room or another room.
There are numerous exit doors at each of our properties to take your pet outside. Remember your key in the evenings as those doors are locked after 11 PM.
Upon check-in please write down the type/breed and color of your pet near the signature line.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 17 or over is an additional $10.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $1.00 per day fee for Tourism Business Improvement District and a daily Amenity Fee of $15.00 per night will be added to all reservations from May 15 to October 15*. *Please Note: Some services may be limited or unavailable due to thorough sanitation requirements and social distancing measures. As a result, all resort fees are waived through December 31, 2020.
