Reservation Policy

A credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Full deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival. If the credit card payment is invalid, your reservation will automatically be canceled. The credit or debit card used for booking must be the same card presented for payment along with a valid photo ID upon check-in. In addition to the aforementioned deposit(s) taken prior to arrival, a pre-authorization amount will be placed on your card at check-in. This is a temporary hold of a specific amount - it is not a charge to your account, but it can create a hold on those funds or against credit availability.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled prior to 4:00 PM Eastern Time 7 Days Prior to Arrival, with no penalty. Should you cancel this hotel reservation after this time you will forfeit the entire stay.

Pets Policy

Guests bringing dogs must have them leashed at all times when outside of the room and will be charged a non-refundable fee of $100.00 per night, per dog; a maximum of two dogs per room.

Room type and location restrictions may apply, including the indoor seating at the restaurant and the rooftop pool. The outdoor seating at Paddy’s Restaurant is dog-friendly. Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs. Housekeeping service during your stay should be arranged either when you and your dog are not in the room, or if you are, the dog must be leashed or crated.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: 

Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 18 or over is an additional $30.00 per night. Room rates and taxes are subject to change. Multiple night minimum required on select dates. Discounts are available on select dates for stays of three nights and more. Non-Smoking. No additional bedding (i.e. rollaway) outside of the existing bed configuration in guest rooms and suites. A limited number of Pack & Plays are available for children upon request. 

The daily $35 resort fee provides every guest with:

•     Access to the Pool House on the waterfront, adjacent to the Bar Harbor Club, including three tennis courts, two outdoor pools and hot tubs, and a fitness center
•     Personally assigned lockers at The Club that are stocked with a plush robe and bottled water
•     $15 voucher per stay at the Bar Harbor Whale Watch Co.
•     Wireless Internet in hotel guest rooms and public spaces where available
•     Access to business center and printers
•     Self-parking (Valet parking available for an additional $15/day)
•     Nightly turndown service upon request
•     Fresh coffee, bottled water, bagged ice, and seasonal fruit and snacks on each guest room floor pantry
•     Unlimited local calls and toll-free number access

At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. For your security, a photo ID is required upon check-in to verify your reservation.
