Lovely accommodations especially when staying in a room with a view. Facility was clean and comfortable. Location with a huge plus fr walking Bar Harbor. Friendly staff, convenient parking and the best apple cider awaiting in the lobby for our return at the end of the day.

We loved our stay. Great amenities. Great atmosphere. Labradoormen! Nest bath products! Kind, friendly and happy staff AND amazing location and views. We would definitely stay again. The bed and breakfast option isn’t really ideal. Only in the hotel owned pub, with sometimes a breakfast wait. The food was very good despite waits. We came the last few days of end of season so it is possible some staff had already departed leaving limited restaurant staff.

The location for this property could hardly be better. The views are amazing. The cruise ships cause some congestion, but also lends to great people watching. The rooms are good size and the beds are comfortable. In room bath products are of good quality. The beverage bar on each floor is a very nice touch. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Our only disappointment is Paddy’s restaurant. We are not sure the real connection between the two, but it does not represent well for the hotel.

This hotel feels like luxury. Great amenities like free snacks and drinks. The location is great. The bed was comfortable l, and I’m picky about beds. The sweet dogs that live at the hotel and greeted us everyday was definitely one of my favorite things there. The only reason I couldn’t do all 5 stars is my credit card got hacked a month ago so had to get a new credit card. When getting there the lady that helped me was not very friendly about not having the same credit card I made the reservation with. I totally understand she was just following company policy, but I feel it could have been handled a bit more kindly. The rest of the time the staff were incredible. Also, we stayed in room 202. On Friday from 4:30am till 7am a delivery truck was right outside of our window delivering supplies to the hotel. It was so loud getting things in and out of it we could not sleep. All in all though a great hotel though.

Loved this place! Perfectly located, convenient free parking, spotless, friendly staff, adult-only heated rooftop pool. Paddy’s restaurant downstairs is great with a lot of wonderful breakfast options. We had a harbor view with a great little deck with rocking chairs. Nice little touches with amenities, convenient laundry facilities. This place has it all and we will definitely stay here again anytime we come to Bar Harbor.
