Reservation Policy

One night for each room reserved is charged to your credit card as a deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a forfeit of the one night deposit. Failure to provide notice prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 

Holiday Season cancel policy: [Christmas Holiday (typically the Friday before Christmas to the Monday after New Year)] & [Friday of the Victoria long weekend - Monday of  the Thanksgiving long weekend]: Guests must cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund of their deposit.

Pets Policy

Prior Permission. Cottages only. $20 per pet per night.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 16 or over is an additional $10.00 per night.  Rollaway beds are not available.
