Policies of ULUM Moab:

Reservation Policy

A deposit equal to 100% of your total stay is required no later than 24 hours after your reservation is confirmed and will be charged to your Credit Card **If credit card payment is invalid, your reservation will automatically be canceled.**

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled up until 30 days prior to your arrival date for a 100% refund. Within 30 days, all reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-MODIFIABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Pets Policy

Dogs only. A $25.00 fee per dog, per night. Service animals are welcome, free of charge. Please keep your dog on a leash, clean up after them, and do not leave them unattended in your tent at any time.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Minimum night stay required on select dates. Full-size camp cots are available for an additional $50.00 per night for children under 18. One additional cot may be added to all tent types, except for Kids' Tents and Safari Tents. Pack-n-play cribs may be added to any tent type at no additional cost. Camp cots and pack-n-plays are subject to availability. Disclaimer: For health and safety reasons, food is not allowed inside the tents. Food must be kept in a locked vehicle. Beverages of any kind are permitted in the tents. Please note there is an additional 10.02% resort fee per night.
