A deposit equal to 10% of your total stay is required to confirm a reservation and will be charged to the credit card provided. The balance will be charged 14 days prior to check-in. Please note that if you book your stay 14 or fewer days before your check-in date, the full 100% cost of your stay will be charged at the time of booking.
*If the credit card payment is invalid or declined, the reservation may be automatically canceled.
Cancellation Policy
14 days prior to arrival. Within 14 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted due to cold or inclement weather conditions unless Tammah deems such conditions would make your stay with us unsafe. You acknowledge that Tammah reserves the right to cancel your stay at any time, including once you are checked in, due to dangerous weather, or other conditions, solely at our discretion.
Pets Policy
$50.00 per pet per night. Maximum of one dog. No disruptive or aggressive dogs.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: Rates are based on the unit. Maximum of 2 people in the King Suite, and a maximum of 4 people in the Family Suite. No rollaway beds or cots are available. Please note that there is an additional one-time cleaning fee: King Suite is $50.00 and the Family Suite is $75.00.
